Christmas Challenge: 30 Lipsticks in 30 Days #16 Revlon Lip Butter Berry Smoothie
Lipstick #16 is a new found love; it’s the Revlon Lip Butter in Berry Smoothie, a deep pinky berry colour with a bit of sparkle to it. I first blogged about the Revlon Lip Butters in April last year (HERE), and Berry Smoothie was my least favourite shade then, because I thought it was too dark and it didn’t suit me. Fortunately, I’ve recently found that when applied very lightly onto the lips, I get the most beautiful ‘my lips but better’ colour.
It’s almost as if I have this lovely natural shine to my lips; it’s super lightweight on the lips and incredibly moisturising, which is a bonus during winter for me. I’m so glad I rediscovered this shade, and I’m definitely promoting it to my makeup table. I do still think that if apply it too strong, the colour doesn’t suit me as much, so I have to remember to be really light handed with it!
