Christmas Challenge: 30 Lipsticks in 30 Days #19 MAC Hot Gossip

It feels a bit awkward still calling this a ‘Christmas Challenge’ since it’s February now, but awkwardness aside, I have to finish this challenge – HAVE TO! Even if I finish it abruptly with 20 lipsticks instead of 30, but I promised you guys I would do a Giveaway and 3 people would have the chance to win their favourite lipstick out of all the lipsticks I featured, so I here we go. Lipstick #19 brightens up my day whenever I’m feeling less than great; it’s the MAC Lipstick in Hot Gossip, a mid-tone pinky plum shade with a frosty sheeny finish to it.

It’s such a bright and fun shade without being too in your face; what I love about it the most is how it brings out the warm tones in my skin and lifts up my complexion. To me this is the perfect mix of pink and plum. The only downside is that it can be a little bit drying on the lips, but a good lip balm should solve the problem.
