MAC Woodwinked Eyeshadow – My Current Obsession
MAC Woodwinked Eyeshadow, £12 (MAC)
A few weeks ago I was watching one of Tanya Burr’s amazing videos (here) and she featured this eyeshadow in it. The next day I was out shopping and decided to buy it to try. It’s the MAC Woodwinked veluxe pearl eyeshadow described by MAC as a ‘warm antique gold’ shade. The swatch looked fantastic and it looks even prettier on the eyes!
As described by MAC, it’s a warm antique gold with an interesting finish when blended into the lids. On the bits where I packed more of the colour, it looks golden, and where I lightly brushed the shadow, it looks more like a warm brow. It almost looks like I’m wearing two different eyeshadows; the golden to give the colour and the brown to give definition to the crease.
I’ve been absolutely addicted to this eyeshadow! I rarely wear anything else on my eyes anymore, especially as this eyeshadow has made it so easy and quick to do my makeup in the morning. I definitely think this is a good investment to anyone.
