My Lush Halloween 2012 Picks

The Lush ‘Spooky Specials’ Limited Edition Halloween products are out! I know that the Halloween products sometimes get overshadowed by the huge and highly anticipated Christmas collection, so I thought I would give them a bit of chance for the spotlight before Christmas comes at full speed in a few weeks. As far as I know there are only 3 products which are part of the Halloween 2012 collection, so I’ve chosen a couple of favourites to share with you.

 Twilight Shower Gel: This is a limited edition version of the already popular Twilight Ballistic, released for this year only. It’s actually classified as a part of the ‘Christmas’ collection, but there’s nothing more Halloween than a shower gel which carries the same name as one of the most popular Vampire novel series! It’s a blue purple shade with silver sparkle that aims to capture the unique colours of the period between sundown and nightfall, called ‘the blue hour’. Fragrance-wise, it’s quite a calming fragrance with a mixture of lavender, malt notes and essential oils; perfect for using just before bedtime!

The Enchanter Bath Ballistic: A Halloween special with a citrusy smell that when dropped into a bath tub it fizzles, changing your bath water into a mix of orange and pink shades with a lovely lime and neroli smell.

So these are my two favourites from the Lush Halloween collection. There’s also the Calacas Shower Jelly (HERE), a neon green shower jelly in the shape of a skull; sounds mega fun! :) Have you bought anything from the Lush Halloween 2012 collection? What’s your all-time favourite Lush product?
