Thumbs up

  • Pretty bottle
  • Practical (especially for travelling)
  • Removes polish with ease and little effort
  • Leaves a delicious smell on the nails

Thumbs down

  • Doesn’t do what it says on the label; it took me at least 3 seconds per nail.
  • Pricey for the amount of product you get; I’ve heard there are lots of cheaper dupes around!

Let me know if you want to see more of these ‘Photo Reviews’. I was thinking I could do this for products that you can find plenty of written reviews out there, but not as many clear pictures :)

Great post hun! Thanks for the fab review :) I may give this a go but personally I’ve used the Pretty Quik pots for yonks & they work amazingly! Cheaper too ;)

I’m very envious of your nails!

This looks like a pretty good product, I use Nailene Artificial Nail & Polish Remover which is a similar style pot that I just refill with pure Acetone (I think my Mum picked this up from Tesco not so long ago) and it’s pretty good! Not a sponge in the middle more like rubber bristles so it’s brilliant for removing glitter polishes as well as normal ones x

    Thank you, Sarah! :)

Wow, never heard of the Nailene one. I haven’t tried the Bourjois one for glitter polish, but I’m tempted to give the one you suggested a try :) Also, it would be a good idea to refill the Bourjois bottle with conventional polish remover rather than buying bottle after bottle!

    xx

That’s a very good question, Alice. I’ll look into that and get back to you :) I suppose you can use any nail polish remover you want to refill the bottle. My guess is the sponge does most of the work! :) xx
